What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Standard 75 cm PVC cones start at 69 pcs. Small 30 cm cones from 125 pcs. Wheel stoppers from 100 pcs. Dock bumpers from just 10-20 pcs for trial. Water-filled barriers from 2 pcs. We happily accept mixed containers to combine multiple products up to a full FCL.
How long does production take?
Standard products: 5-10 days for 50 pcs, 10-15 days for 500 pcs, 15-25 days for 5,000+ pcs. Laminated dock bumpers add 3-5 days for lamination + cure. Custom color / logo adds 3-5 days. Rush production available on request.
Are your dock bumpers steel-faced or standard rubber?
Both. Standard laminated rubber bumpers absorb most loading-dock impact. Steel-faced (mild steel or stainless) laminated bumpers are recommended for freight docks, cold-storage warehouses, or dock levellers where scraping / concentrated impact damages plain rubber. We help you spec the right one during Step 1.
Do your cable protectors meet ADA requirements?
Accessibility is verified at route level, not by product name alone. Send the cable diameter, required clear width, rise and installation layout; we will provide the available dimensioned side profile for the quoted model. Do you provide free samples?
Samples are available subject to model availability. Sample cost and courier freight are quoted before dispatch; eligible sample charges may be credited against a confirmed bulk order.
Can I use my own Pantone / brand color?
Absolutely. We match Pantone using calibrated color-master batches. MOQ 500 pcs for custom colorway on most rubber and PVC items. Multi-color base + body separation supported.
What certifications do you have?
Documentation varies by model and destination. Send the SKU and target market so we can confirm the specification sheet, material declaration and any applicable test report available for that exact item. We do not apply one certificate claim to the full catalog.
What are your payment terms?
T/T (bank wire), PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance (recommended for first-time buyers — full escrow protection). Standard terms: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Regular clients qualify for OA / net-30 after 3 successful orders.

Ship to 50+ countries. Sea freight (25-40 days) most cost-effective for bulk; air / express (5-7 days) for urgent small orders. FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP terms supported. Full export documentation.
